About The Artist

Hello, I am Yoshie.  I am from Okinawa, Japan.  My husband is a retired Marine, and I met him when he was stationed in Okinawa.   I have two beautiful daughters, and two fur babies Momo and Kona.  We rescued Momo (cat) when he just fell from a neighbor's roof after his momma left him.  We adopted him, and brought him with us to America.  Kona is a crazy Belgian Malinois puppy and she keeps me active everyday.  I enjoy yoga, morning tea (not a coffee drinker), walking with my husband and Kona after dinner time, and training Kona.  

My interest in photography started when my youngest was still a  baby.  I was going to wait to get a nice DSL camera till she gets older, but my loving husband who supports me chasing my dreams got my first camera as a surprise Christmas present.  Since then, I was taking pictures of my one year old baby and active toddler everyday.  All those pictures I took at that time are not great quality photos as I knew nothing about photography, but remain a special treasure of my memories forever. 

This is my reason for doing my business.  I want to create beautiful images of great memories that people have to cherish forever.  I want to capture love, happiness, and all the good emotions in the pictures so that my clients can look back and smile.
